The two-hour walking tour will introduce you to Tallinn – one of the northernmost capital cities in the world, with an exceptionally complete and well-preserved medieval Old Town which displays the way of life, art and architecture of the medieval period.
The tour reveals the beauty of the capital of Estonia by taking you to the Upper Town on a high limestone hill, and the Lower Town at its foot with its many church spires, merchants’ houses, well-preserved fortification walls and towers. Tallinn’s skyline is best observed from one of many viewpoints around the Old Town.
You will visit Town Hall Square, the Danish King’s Garden, the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the Parliament building, as well as walking down St. Catherine’s Passage and visiting many other historical sites in Old Tallinn.
